So far, so fun

We've been busy so far this summer, and we've also been having a whale of a time. We'll see if the pace slows down a bit next week.

Pruning does wonders

I was really unhappy with how these bushes were shaping up this year, so last night I went after them with the pruning shears. Although there is still some tweaking to do, I feel better about them already.

Get on the bus!

Zada was all ready for Girl Scout day camp this morning. Here she is boarding the bus with her friend and camp buddy, Kyla.

All our northern people

We went to Duluth last weekend and did the circle-tour of all the usual suspects.

Sky's the limit

Sunday was just that. After joining in a fundraising walk in the morning the kids flew kites and played at the park for hours. What a difference some sunshine makes.
